A regular Folk Session in Sheffield
Every first Sunday, a variety of tunes session in the backroom the famous Kelham Island Tavern in Sheffield.
Players of all abilities and all instruments are welcome.
Most tunes are in the key of G, D or E minor for the convenience of squeezebox players.
We play Morris, session and song tunes and sometimes throw in a couple of English songs too. We are always on the look out for new and unexpected gems.
(We have even been known to wander outside of England's borders when the mood takes...)
